U.S. Shipping

Flowers will ship within 1–3 business days from your order date. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Expedited orders are always prioritized.

  • Full Size Bouquets: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days) — FREE

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Signature Requirements

A signature is required for:

  • Orders over $150

  • UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air

We may also require a signature at our discretion.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
